REFUNDS:

Refunds will only be accepted if there is a manufacturing fault with the garment.

Please email info@hollysworld.com quoting your order number and photographic evidence within 14 days 

Refunds are entirely up to our discretion and can be rejected.

All refunds will be automatically processed via original payment method. 

PLEASE NOTE - Sometimes each garment can be slightly different to the next due to the nature of the fabric and being custom made. *This does not count as a manufacturing fault*.

We will not pay for return shipping as this is the customers responsibility.

PROCESSING TIMES:

All of our items are made to order unless stated otherwise. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. 

SHIPPING:

UK Shipping: shipped via Royal Mail and fully tracked.

EU Shipping:  Fully tracked courier service. Arrival within 7-14 working days.

International shipping: Fully tracked courier service. Arrival within 7-28 working days. 

CUSTOMS AND DUTY IMPORT TAX:

PLEASE NOTE THAT HOLLYSWORLD IS NOT LIABLE FOR CUSTOMS FEES IN YOUR COUNTRY.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES HELD BY CUSTOMS.

ALL CUSTOM FEES ARE TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. 

THESE COSTS ARE DETERMINED BY YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE AND YOU WILL BE CONTACTED TO PAY THE FEES.

OUR PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMS CHARGES OR DUTIES. 

PLEASE RESEARCH YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS CHARGES AND TAXES PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.

HOLLYSWORLD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF CUSTOMERS ARE NOT NOTIFIED BY THEIR COUNTRY'S POSTAL AUTHORITY THAT ITEMS ARE AWAITING PAYMENT OF CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

PLEASE USE THE TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED TO AVOID DELAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE.

TRACKING:

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with a valid tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for this to update.

INVALID ADDRESS:

If your items are returned back to us due to an invalid address we will refund the order. However, the shipping charged will not be refunded.

LOST PACKAGES:

We are not responsible for packages lost by postal couriers. Please contact the courier directly were they can assist you to open a claim.
